Description

Suffers on its own because of the terrible acting, subpar CGI and unimpressive setting. Worse though comes when you compare it to the first film, because it completely lacks everything that made the original _Starship Troopers_ enjoyable.
It does introduce some interesting things to the mythology, it's a shame that it had to come in such a dour package though.
_Final rating:★★ - Had some things that appeal to me, but a poor finished product._
